The Nordic House

The Nordic House is an exclusive summer house project with a focus on understated luxury and sustainability. Built with care and attention to detail, the Nordic House utilizes Nordic and sustainable materials alongside architectural features to create a unique atmosphere with plenty of light and spaciousness. Nordic architecture is at the heart of the project, creating a remarkable wow-factor. Especially when entering from the foyer into the large living space with an open kitchen and living room, one is met with an impressive room where the ceiling stretches almost five meters high without any visible beams. Here, modern design is combined with traditional elements, and the large window sections and skylights in the ceiling ensure plenty of natural light and a connection to the outdoors. Externally, the architecture of the house is understated, with lines and proportions creating a harmonious whole. The Nordic aesthetic is evident in the simple wooden facade and the use of natural materials that blend beautifully into the landscape. The Nordic House not only offers a luxurious indoor experience but also an immersion in Nordic nature close to the beach and forest. The large outdoor terraces also ensure a good connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
