This project involves a complete renovation of a large mansion apartment with a consistent focus on light and spaciousness for the entire family. Combining classic elegance with modern conveniences, the design aims to create a seamless flow throughout the apartment. The kitchen-dining area benefits from natural light on both sides and serves as the heart of the apartment with direct access to the balcony, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The two living rooms and the kitchen-dining area are elegantly connected by French double doors, providing the flexibility to open up or separate the space as needed. This versatility makes the living rooms ideal for both formal and informal gatherings. The apartment features two spacious children's rooms, offering ample space for activities, as well as an elegant master bedroom serving as a peaceful retreat for the parents. One of the living rooms has been transformed into a home office/library adjacent to the main living area, providing a perfect workspace integrated with the rest of the home. Additionally, the apartment includes a large, luxurious bathroom and a convenient guest toilet easily accessible from the hallway. This total renovation has created a mansion apartment where light, spaciousness, and functionality harmonize with classic elegance and modern comfort.
